​201 Foundational Dynamics of Coaching for Results is designed to get you started with the basic skills needed as a beginning coach.  Completing this course with a credentialed Insight Coaching STL trainer gives you 16 hours of ACSTH (accredited coach-specific training hours) approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
  • 2-hour online sessions for 8 weeks
  • Learn coaching foundations using the D.R.E.A.M. model for repeatable coaching processes: Develop relationship, Responsive listening, Explore possibilities, Action steps, Measure progress.
  • Training model is Teach - Demonstrate - Do - Review with class and trainer interaction.
  • Practice coaching dyads or triads in class with feedback and one final recorded coaching dyad with written assessment by PCC-certified coach.
  • Receive performance evaluations according to the ICF Standards.

​301 Foundational Dynamics of Coaching for Growth is designed to help the student move to a more masterful coaching level and focuses on growth for the coach, as a coach and as a person, and growth in the client so that the client can better sustain their results. Completing this course with a credentialed Insight Coaching STL trainer gives you 16 hours of ACSTH (accredited coach-specific training hours) approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). 
  • Class delivered online with ZOOM.com: 8 weeks of sessions, 2 hours in each online session.
