Jerry W. Harris, Director
Jerry serves as Director of SMD Coaching Network. He has been a strong advocate for the use of coaching in ministry for many years..He is also the Church Planting Director for the Southern MO District Council of the Assemblies of God. Jerry is founder and President of Reach Missouri Network, a US Home Missions project. RMN provides intentional relationship-based networking for church planters and their families…support, training, administration, and guidance during the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch of a church, and partners with church planters to facilitate a successful launch and a sustainable, healthy church. Jerry and his wife, Lisa, have served in ministry for over 30 years as pastors, church planters and US Home Missionaries. |

Joel A. Oliver, Coach Training Coordinator
Joel serves in the Southern MO District Council of the Assemblies of God as the SMD Coaching Network Training Coordinator. Joel and his wife, Sherry, have served in ministry for over 30 years and they are currently the Senior Pastors of Trinity AG in St. Louis, Missouri. Joel has served twice as the Presbyter of the St. Louis AG Section. He has an earned Doctorate in Clinical Pharmacy and is an Ordained Minister through the Southern Missouri District. Joel is Founder and President of City Bible Institute and is the Founder and President of Insight Coaching STL LLC. He has recently achieved his International Coaching Foundation (ICF) Certification at the PCC level. He is approved to do Mentor Coaching through ICF and AG Coaching, has an AGCC Level 3 Certified Coach designation with AG Coaching, and has his CCLC (Certified Christian Leadership Coach) certification. He is also certified for HPP (High Performance Pattern) Coaching with CAM. |

Lisa Harris, Network Coordinator
Lisa is the liaison between the SMD Leadership and the SMDCN Leadership Team, under authority of SMD leadership. She is the Chairman of the SMDCN Leadership Team, a team that will cast vision and make plans for the future of SMDCN. Lisa is also responsible for the implementation of the SMDCN vision/mission for coaching, solicitation of new Network coaches, working with the SMDCN Training Coordinator on certification training requirements and continuing education classes, marketing, and all other administrative activities. |

Kevin Weaver, Coaching Consultant
Kevin is CEO of Network 211, a world missionary outreach focused on global evangelism and discipleship via the Internet, and A Warrior's Journey, an online resource to the military community. Kevin and his wife, KyAnne, have served in ministry for more than 25 years. Kevin has served in various pastoral ministry positions to include four church plants and two major church revitalization projects in the Northwest District. He holds a BS in Church Ministries, Theology and World Ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Kevin is an ACC Certified Coach with ICF. |
